A reporter did a piece on abortion that includes not just my contributions but that of others who have either had abortions or have worked on abortion rights.
I have done both.
When the reporter first reached out, I thought he was kidding. Of course I didn’t trust him or anything, it’s abortion we’re talking about!
When he asked for the contacts of people I’ve worked with or helped, I freaked out and went to talk to someone I trusted about it.
I’m a daredevil but I’d never put other people at risk, a risk they didn’t sign up for.
I thought the person just wanted to know my networks and stuff lol lol.
When I needed abortion healthcare services seven years ago, nobody was talking about abortion, at least never as mainstream as I see it getting right in front of my very eyes.
It was very difficult getting help or contacts or anything.
Out of frustration and pure undiluted anger, I wrote a book and asked to be arrested. Because being in jail is better than being given the illusion of freedom.
Here is the link to the book, you can download it for FREE.

I’m not charging anything. My rewards are much more than any money I can make from selling the book. My reward is my happiness, my fulfilment and my self-transcendence needs being met.
I have witnessed a social evolution and revolution honestly.
I used to think a revolution has just one definition and must include cries and protests and placards and guns and blood.
I didn’t know it could also include pens and the social media and speaking passionately on the TV and rousing other people’s anger in the process. I went right on international TV and Radio to say yes yes, I’ve had abortions and it should be considered as healthcare!
From abortion being considered a taboo nobody talks about and that people would rather die for silently, men and women are openly talking about it, men are asking for help on behalf of their female partners and women are reaching out to get help without any guilt or shame. I’ve linked up quite a number of women to get the service. I’m seeing people taking it up as a cause, even people that would vehemently fight against body autonomy in the past.
Abortion being discussed and projected by news platforms, interviewing many young women in the process, is a VERY big deal.
I witnessed how conservative Nigeria could be when I was trying to get abortions so it being discussed on the news is a very very very big deal!
And I am happy about that!
